Stamford in the First World War h2. 5 – 17 June 2014 in the Gallery at Stamford Arts Centre
How did the Stamford area and its people fare during the First World War? View artefacts, images and information panels, facsimile newspapers from the war years, lists of serving men, and information about local families; plus the Society’s members’ research project, Stamford Boys of 1911, following their experiences of the 1st World War.
The exhibition will be open to the public during normal Arts Centre opening hours, and entry is free.
